Refund policy
We are a small, independent hobby store and do not accept returns on items except in the case of damage or defect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. In these instances we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving a damaged or defective item to request to return it to us for store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of any damage to the shipping container.
To start a return, you can contact us at delightcottagegrove@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned to you.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Magic: The Gathering cards, Pokemon cards, sold in sealed packages or individually are not returnable, even if damaged or defective. Damage to the the outer packaging does not make your item eligible for return or exchange. If one or more cards in your sealed product was damaged or defective you may contact Pokemon or Wizards of the Coast directly for a replacement. You may contact us for assistance in securing your replacement items, we would be more than happy to help you through the process, or file a claim on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on or give store credit for gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with either store credit or gift card.
Exchanges on Unsupported/Out-Of-Stock Product Exchanges on products are only supported while we have replacement product available or can reliably obtain replacement product. If a replacement for your item is unavailable we may offer you an equitable product or store credit.
